Get Your Free Measurement
Our Customer Service team will contact you to schedule a visit. A licensed adult (18+) must be present so our estimator can verify product types, seam placement, room size, and layout for an accurate, no-obligation quote.
Receive Your Estimate
Expect to hear from your sales associate within three business days. We’ll walk you through your estimate and answer any questions. You decide if, when, and what you want to proceed with, no pressure.
Secure Your Flooring
Once you approve, full payment for materials (plus tax) is due and a work order is signed. We’ll place the order immediately even offer financing options. As soon as stock arrives, we’ll get your job on the schedule.
Prep Your Home
Maintain 69 °F in rooms 24 hours before installation. Remove small valuables and clear rooms, furniture can be moved by our team for a small fee. This prep ensures a smooth installation day.
Installation Day
Your installer will call between 7:00–9:30 AM to confirm details. They’ll follow all manufacturer instructions, protect your home from dust, and request electricity and water access. If needed, moldings, doors, or plumbing items are addressed with you in advance.
Quality Check & Warranty
After installation, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure quality and answer any questions. We stand behind our work with a quality installation guarantee and support if any issues arise, we take care of them.
